Harbert’s Products has been an integral partner for our process since long before I joined SAS Global. Harvey and his team work side by side with us, documenting every shipment and batch ground, notifying us of anything out of the ordinary. Harbert’s has worked with us through various types of flux, from different manufacturers, finding ways to recycle our flux, correct issues, and improve our bottom line. Their expertise has made them a highly valued and dependable resource for us. Their ongoing support saves us an incalculable amount each year, as well as removes to need to continually dispose of fused slag.

I can’t speak to the welding as well as well as Greg but I am tracking that we aren’t having any issues currently with welding performance and the cost savings that Harbert’s has provided is important to us as it helps us stay competitive in the global off-the-road wheel market. From a customer service standpoint, expectations have been met. Good communication, lead times are on time, and invoicing is accurate. Harbert’s has been an excellent group to work with. Titan has had experience with re-crushed flux companies prior to Harbert’s, but the results were negative. When Harbert’s came in to work with us, they made our satisfaction a priority. They conducted a test trial for us, and the results were very positive. Both our weld process and employees had no negative feedback for the re-crushed flux. As we continue our business with Harbert’s, they still provide 1st class communication and process insight for our company.

Ron F volunteered to come look at our operations and work on a kaizen to improve our efficiency. Based on his recommendations, we were able to immediately implement some very nice process improvements.
